Initial Consultancy 

We recognise that engaging with us requires an investment from yourselves for both time and money.

​

You may not be sure who we are or what we can do for you.  That' s ok we understand.

​

Before you invest in one of the options below, why not invite us for a chat and look around your venue or business.

If you decide to go ahead we 'll deduct the cost of this initial consultation off your final invoice.

​

If we're not for you, that' s fine too! We just ask that you pay for our time in visiting you.

​

Investment Required £75.00 per hour plus traveling expenses depending on distance.

(Minimum charge of 2 hours)

Business Start Up 

Are you looking to start a hospitality business, but not sure where to actually begin. Not sure what the regulations are or what licences are needed, where to go for suppliers or how to start your marketing campaign, decor, styling staffing, funding.

Maybe you need a whole business plan produced. Magnolia & Me have done this before and we can help you do it too!

​

After the initial consultation as above there are three options. We can either produce for you a start up guide based on your specific business, which will give you the guidance you need to begin your journey including a list of contacts and recommendations. We can produce the guide and a business plan with projections for 2 years or we can enjoy the whole start of journey with yourselves from start to launch day!

All costs are plus the initial consultation as above.

Desk Top Consultantion 

Perfect for established or newly established businesses needing a refresh

• An initial call to gain an overview of your business, any areas of concern and what you would like to achieve

• Complete a short questionnaire to enable us to gain an understanding of the venue, staffing, marketing, pricing strategies, results etc.

• Review of your website, brochures, marketing material and social media

• Review of you enquiry procedures and responses

• Review of your business processes including business plan, cash flow, management accounts

• After the review you’ll receive an email with a summary of findings and an action plan; we’ll then have a follow up call to discuss.

Investment Required: £750

3 month follow up £275 optional

Wedding Table Set

On-Site Consultancy 

Perfect if you are looking for in-depth feedback and fast results

• Prior to the visit, an initial call to gain an overview of your business, any areas of concern and what you would like to achieve. Complete a short questionnaire to enable us to gain an understanding of the venue, staffing, marketing, pricing strategies, results etc. Review of your website, brochures, marketing material and social media

• A one day visit to your venue, show me around giving me both the unofficial and official tour. If you have overnight accommodation and I can stay the night even better.

• Take me through your systems and procedures and how your business works in as much details as possible. I’ll also meet the team.

• Afterwards, we can have a general chat and you can raise any concerns you may have and we can discuss initial findings.

• We’ll follow up with a report and action plan for review in 3 months time.

Investment Required:

£1500 plus travel and accommodation if required

Review, Revive & Relax

Three Month Programme

​

The one day package as above with the addition of 2 further on site visits to help you achieve your goals and actions as laid down in the action plan.

​

This also gives us the opportunity to review accounting processes and procedures and look at the business in more depth.
